    Baked potato with chilli and cheese for me. And a small bar of green and blacks salted chocolate. Nomnomnom.

    Home made beef stew, with leeks, carrots, mushrooms and loads of beans (Aduki / borlotti / black eyed)

    I`m back on a kind of iDave diet and making a big stew or Chilli at the weekend, does my lunches all week.

    Feeling pretty peckish now though it has to be said ;o)
