    While changing my BB I noticed what appears to be a crack in the spindle of my cranks.
    So in a bit of a “it’s summer I I want my bike fixed now panic” I legged it to the shop to see if they would sent it to the distributor for checking, they wouldn’t, which is fair enough as the bike is from YT Industries and I’d need to send it back to them.

    Having dealt with YT before I think this could take a while, even if it gets replaced it could be a different crank as they don’t supply theses ones on there bikes now.

    Should I sent back the new BB I ordered while I can? Or sell it on at a loss later on if it dosent work out.

    It could be just a deep scratch, now I don’t know if I’ve got confidence in the cranks.

    Somebody make my mind up for me!

    Oh, the cranks are E13 XCX+ and here’s some pics that can’t really tell you anything.
