Well we now have the rest of the bbbeer sorted for a special event this summer…
Dorset Brewing Comapny – Chesil 4.1 % "Melt in the mouth" Pilsner style summer beer
Itchen Valley – Pue Gold 4.8% A light effervescent beer with initial bitterness coming from the choicest Czech hops, leading to a sweet full malty flavour, complimented by strong aromatic hop notes gathered from American speciality hop.
Itchen Valley – Hambeldon Ale 4.5% Golden coloured bitter that's hoppy, citrussy and floral, but nevertheless a powerfully flavoured beer which, at the same time, is clean, thirst quenching and refreshing
Moor Brewery- Queens Revival 3.8% An immensely hoppy and refreshing bitter, brewed to celebrate the revival of the brewery, and meant to revive you when you need it. Light in colour but not flavour thanks to a blend of Pale, Lager, Crystal and Wheat malts. The hops are a blend of three American varieties, with American yeast providing a crisp finish. For a beer relatively low in alcohol it has a very full flavour and drinks well above its strength.
Moor Brewery- Peat Porter 4.5% As soon as you smell it you will know this is one decadent porter. The rich aroma is from the healthy dose of Chocolate malt, blended with Pale, Crystal and Wheat malts. Bramling Cross hops add fruitiness and earthiness to the beer, which is fermented with an English yeast.
The Cider will be coming from Mr Whiteheads cider farm and also Burrow Hill.
The Lager and Wheat beers will be from Mean time, and Wooden Hand (Unless we run out and then it will be whatever we can get our hands on, apart from Stella).
Wine will be sorted nearer the time, but will come in Red, White and Rose versions.
