I’ve got an oldish fluxient U2 XML light + 6 cell battery pack (off torchy) that was amazing, alas the terminals on the battery pack control PCB corroded and snapped, I’ve never managed to get it going again and the shonky Solarstorm battery just rubs salt in the wound every time I ride with it.

I know the cells are still top notch as I’ve tested them all individually and on occasion, when the wind is in the right direction the light burst in to life when I’m tinkering with it (usually in the classic ‘looking down the end of the hosepipe when it’s turned on’ fashion, leaving me incapable of seeing for 10 mins)

I’ve seen some of you lot banging on about 4 x 18650 battery boxes, does anyone do one for 6 cells? I’ve been searching for a while now and can’t find anything that looks like it’d do the job.
