With the first baby on the way, and the realisation that things are about to change, I am starting to become concerned that I too shall mutate into one of these people who spouts things about their baby all the time.
The dreaded facebook gives me regular updates to what my associates of old's babies are doing - I'm so proud of Tara's singing says one "Isn't it wonderful when they start to sing" replied another "Tyrone only sings at night time" another replied.
I suppose in some light that could be interesting, but then I see things like - "little Oliver is a bit grumpy today" which somebody will reply something like "Aww I know how you feel, Kyle was grumpy for months"
Is this the end of me as a sensible adult? Does it really mean that in x months time I am going to be brain washed into spouting irreverent clips of my child's progress.
Or will it happen silently without warning and I'll never remember this post?
