G20 pathologist Freddy Patel struck off

Dr Freddy Patel wrongly said Ian Tomlinson died from heart problems.
A medical tribunal earlier concluded he acted with “deficient professional performance” over his examination.
PC Simon Harwood, who had pushed Mr Tomlinson to the ground but was cleared of manslaughter, is facing Met Police disciplinary proceedings in September.
Dr Patel’s conclusion that the newspaper seller died of a cardiac arrest was questioned when a recording emerged showing him being pushed and struck with a baton by PC Harwood.
Further medical reports suggested he had actually died from an injury to his liver that caused internal bleeding and then cardiac arrest.

Alternatively, he was struck off for being a bit shit at his job?

You’re complicit in a huge cover up by misrepresenting cause of death in a murder investigation. You are about to be struck off, lose your livelihood and made to look like an incompetent oaf. Do you:

    a) Go to the press with the details of how you were coerced/bribed into this complicity and by whom… or…
    b) stay schtum and take it on the chin?

I’m setting up a seminar, to which all journalists are invited. Its £500 a session and for your money I will shout, repeatedly for 2 hours that “EVERYONE DIES OF A CARDIAC ARREST, THATS WHEN YOUR BA**** HEART STOPS!”

    That is all.

    😆

Even if the pathologist had tried to cover it up, it wouldn’t make it murder (what with the victim being dead before the pathologist was even in the picture).

If you answer A congratulations you have now added a certain conviction and lengthy incarceration for pervert the course of justice to your woes.

So the correct answer is b you may look incompetent and only have your generous pension to live off but at least you ain’t discussing the finer points of anatomy in the prison showers with Mr big.

I thought everyone dies of lack of oxygen to the brain. Caused by the heart stopping, caused by whatever it was…

I think Lemmy’s description of dying is about right: Killed by Death
