Just to let people know. The people who run Cafe in the Woods at Wendover are trialling selling food at Aston for May. They’ve got BBQ on the go, flapjacks, cold drinks, hot drinks etc. Given food has always been a bit of a drive from Aston to get food (unless you bring it with you), I think it’s a pretty good thing. Obviously if they don’t get enough people buying from them they won’t bother.

Anyway, as I didn’t know it was there today, I thought people might want to know. The burgers (home made apparently) were really good so it’s not like it’s tescos value stuff knocked out at a few quid like at the football etc. Sounds like an advert, sort of is, but not really as I’m nothing to do with them, it’s just nice to have somewhere to get some food and drink.
