Girlfriend is getting into biking but recently damaged her knee so struggles with hill. normally ride in the FOD but she find the hills kills her knee. Are the trails at ashton a bit flatter or is it much of the same?

yeah, for the most part flat (but good fun!). there are only 2 (short) hills my 5 year old can’t manage 🙂

Hope you like the new ‘improvements’ they’ve made! removed nearly all rocks and roots and laid a smooth twisty very fast trail. A couple of biggish rock steps thrown in with chicken runs too and a lot of small berms. Definitely Mrs friendly for the most part.
