Toying with idea of nailing the route on MTB trails this weekend.

Anyone ridden it recently? Any trees down in the forest section?

Hoping to extend it from Ockle to get further west – any thoughts ?

My reckoning was that W from Ockle is that it would be a sketchy path if that. We toyed with doing it from the lighthouse E (as part of a proper coast to coast) but decided, sadly, the road option to Ockle was more reliable.

Heading up that way ourselves on Sunday, staying at Ard Daraich. I’m taking the road bike though, as I have been banned from solo mtb wilderness rides after a nasty though fortunately not too serious mishap in Wales at easter. Never mind, bery handy for Glencoe, Mull, Ardnamurchan etc.
