The high jump girls are SUPER skinny mind, look like they would blow away in teh wind! Thank goodness they got rid of Ortis or whatever his name was. They should still bring it back to the BBC! Adverts in sport is annoying

Bolt today was amazing in the 200m final, glad he got that after messing up the 100.

Wouldn’t want to mess with some of the shot-put and javellin throwers though, even the women 😯

Mo Farah’s 5,000m race was incredible, distance running isn’t normally that great, but the last couple of laps were epic.
was fully expecting Lagat to power past over the last 20m, but Mo just kept getting faster.
Highlight of the championships for me!

Missed Farrah’s run but very pleased for him. 4 x 100 relay was awesome. That clash between the Brits and USA in the last handover was messy 😕
