Thinking about getting one of these for the Soul to ease my aching back on longer rides. Has anyone got one and what do you think? I’m not interested in getting the LT version just the ST version.

    Like my lt one.

EDIT: It’s no substitute for full suss – I wouldn’t even consider a ST one except on a road bike.

    Foxy…thanks for the link.

I’m now torn between the LT and ST version.

LT here works fine for taking the strain off your back . only seen the LT version out on the trails.

I was concerned that the LT version may have more travel than I really need to take the sting out. 3 inches of travel seems rather alot compared to 1.3 inches of the ST version.

Thing is you only get full travel on g-outs. Don’t expect it to be as supple as full suss. I should prob set mine up softer but it’s already using elastomers meant for sparrows

We’ve got a LT on the back of the tandem – saves some of the unfortunate punches to the kidneys.
Seems to work well to take the sting out of unseen ruts.
