I’ve been offered a decent deal on some Pace RC39 forks but may need a new steerer- has anyone had one replaced and if so how much?

I dinnae think it can be done laddie… I wanted to replace the steerer on a RC31, they wouldn’t do it, so can’t imagine it’d be any different for a suspension fork? drop them an email (or a phone call) to get a definitive answer…

Can’t be done on the RC36 and above sus forks or any of the none bolt rigids.

It can be done on rc40s (QR version of the fighters) as I had it done…..can’t remeber the cost….err..about 80 quid maybe? Ask Pace, they will tell you.

Cheers chaps- I think I’ll ask Pace once I’ve checked the steerer- I’m still hoping it’ll fit perfectly
