I have a business which I thought would be classed as dormant (not really trading yet) but it now transpires that we have to file abbreviated accounts.

You have to file even if the company has NEVER traded.
Bonkers ruling and they will hit you with massive penalties if you don’t.

It is pretty simple.
The one that gets me confused each year is the Share Capital.
However, if you enter a wrong amount, it tells you.
