    We have been renting in Clifton for 5 years but looking to make our move onto the property ladder. Seen a house down that way which fits the bill but have no idea about the area.

    Anyone live down that way and happy to give their opinion?

    yes, i do (live there). nice area and susprisingly quiet. Little bit of “cut through” traffic to the trading estate. But choose your spot carefully and its great. Good com centre, nice friendly people.
    We love it here.
