nope, but I would imagine Visa (who have settled with Blue CBR) may be interested that there are a number of parties owed cash who would happily join them in any recovery action.
Everything I've collated thus far can and will be shared with them. Some of it is quite interesting.

pk-ripper - the air shock didn't come from the states - it came from one of IWH's bikes..
I'm prepared to wait and see what happens tbh...

But dan, as you posted on BM:
When IWH contacted me from the Sea Otter we discussed the possibility of me getting the Air shock for about £280 but I declined as I couldn't really afford it at the time....even though I really wanted one.
He's enclosed a polite note explaining that he managed to negotiate an end-of-sea otter price.
Clearly he gave an indication to you at the time that it did. it's only now you know different. Do you really think the spring would have been 'purchased' as well as the air shock?
I suspect you'll be waiting a long time. A very long time.

Wow RRR, you really are patient with IWH and your giving him so much time and space!
Maybe all those involved should take a leaf out of your book as this is obviously the best approach and he is texting you back too.Well done mate and i'm sure all the faith you have will be rewarded with the goods you have bought

I've just wasted hours reading all of this. I was hoping for a happy ending... or just an ending tbh! What a very odd sequence of events. Hope those of you who are owed get your cash back. And thanks to those who have made it almost bearable by posting random funny things (rolling car ostrich fire penguin brooms, etc). Night all.

Just looking at the website for @me.com email addresses. They have a 60 day free trial of their service, so probably an ideal place to register if you plan on disappearing.
Maybe I'm being paranoid, but the more I look at this the more I think I've just lost 25quid (plus paypal costs).
Compounded by the fact that I picked up a set of extra jockey wheels (also from the classifieds, but at least they turned up!)for the mech that I now don't have
