Just have a problem with a frame I have just received and need it for Thursday.

Basically, I got one today, but its slightly damaged, so I need to get a new one for Thursday, found out too late to ring them.

I don't know what couriers they use but I got a frame from them earlier this week and the box looked like it'd been dragged behind the delivery van for most of the way. Fortunately the frame inside was fine.

I wasn't at the office when it was delivered but my colleagues commented that the box was getting chucked about.

It looks like a used frame to be honest, some chain ring marks on the chain stay.

An honest mistake I hope.

What kind of 'use' puts chainring marks on the stay???
