I know this is the only one of it's type in the world because I made it myself.

This is probably one of only a handful that ever made it to the UK,
Posted 14 years ago2003 Titus Switchblade – popular in the States but I've never seen another in the UK. This was the importer's own frame. Now has decent stem and saddle – and it won't take a 2.4 rear tyre.
Not dissimilar at first glance to the Foes further up the thread.
