Do you have any specific questions or are you just looking for someone to do your job for you?

there are entire volumes of books that you'd need to read to answer your questions.
The people that have read those books charge money to do the stuff for you.

    you need one of those.

    Installing is usually extremely easy.

Running them properly requires a lot of time and effort or paying someone who already has invested it.

I would suggest running VMWare Server on your linux machine (if that's where you're more comfortable) and installing 3 – 4 virtual servers, building a domain with DNS and DHCP infrastructure, an IIS box and a simple file & print server – that should teach you the basics without breaking anything expensive.

I know this forum holds the answers to a lot of questions, but I'm pretty sure 'Please teach me to be a Windows Sys Admin' is a little tough to answer in a single forum post!
