    Going to sort myself out with a new bike this summer and was thinking it would be pretty good to get it at the world cup, kind of big bike fest new bike thing

    has anyone had any expierences of buying bikes at the events?

    did you get a good deal? could you have got better elsewhere?

    were prices cheaper after the podium when everyones clearing down?

    did you end up with somthing unusal that turned out good or bad?

    did you get to take it home right away?

    etc etc

    just a passing thought
