Have lost a bit of weight recently and noticed that whilst my lower and middle parts of my stomach are still a bit squishy, the upper part just below my rib cage feels a bit distended and firm. Think this has been the case for a long while (years???) And i just assumed i was overweight. But now some weight is lost its more noticable. Im off to the docs next week to get it checked as ive had a hernia before in same spot and also on blood pressure tablets but has anyone else had similar? Is it a food alergy perhaps?

Possibly but it feels very solid

Fatty liver. Reckon I have the same. Not lost enough weight yet to worry me though. Worth having it checked.
