    80km from home round the Pentlands and back again, bit of road but mostly off road and all single speed. Bloody chilly for the time of year. Bolloxed now after playing football just to finish me off.

    I've had an amazing day riding. Was only gonna go out for a bit. Turned into 8 hours, just messing around in the woods.

    Even though it was on my winter roadbike, pootled around gently (neck injury) and it felt awesome!
