To eat like a pig when there are diet programmes or programmes about people having stomach stapling ops on the tv? Every time it gets me. So far I’ve eaten half a tub of celebrations and I’m now half way through a bag of twiglets and I’ve had pizza.

We were watching Supersize Me and both got a craving for a Big Mac, ate some carrots in dip instead. Next cheat/rest day though I’m straight to the drive thru.

The wife likes to watch The Biggest Loser on Sky Living- i got through an entire tub of Strawberry Cheesecake Hagen Dahz and then thought ‘oooh i’d better do some excercise tomorrow’.

Makes watching it a bit better…
