  • Anyone been caravanning to Ireland?
  • If so, then what were your experiences, best places to visit, etc.

Never investigated the possibilities, just know that Southern Ireland is supposed to be beautiful.

Southern Ireland is supposed to be beautiful

Indeed it is, as are those who come from there (each in his or her own beautiful way) 🙂

It’s stunning, I toured round it about 8 years ago in B&Bs. The roads are appalling, I’d not want to be towing on them, a journey you think will take 2-3 hours on a map will take all day, you will get held up at horse fairs, behind ancient tractors but get to the right places, Connemara or the Kerry coast and its awesome

Can’t be that good because there’s a lot of them permanently caravaning over here.

Save some money and meet really nice people – come to Northern Ireland 😉

    come to Northern Ireland

I believe the standard answer is NO!!!

I can’t even stand the accent in the North, whereas the South is lovely.
