  • Any Volvo V40 owners? Can I get a piano in the boot?

    It’s a digital piano whose unboxed dimensions are 1282x296x132mm. The V40 will be a hire car so I can’t measure the boot myself. Obviously it’ll fit with one/all the seats folded, however I then have to go to Liverpool for two days so have concerns about it being on view 🙂 I’m having real trouble finding the dimensions (as opposed to volume) on the internet, and knowing that STW has never yet failed to answer a question…..

    cover it with a black blanket and then stick some old boots/shoes/anything that looks dirty etc on top.
