    We went to Cannock last year when it was covered in snow, it was ace!

    Right now Cannock is experiencing rather a lot of stuff like snow but warmer that I believe is called “rain”. It had dried out a fair bit earlier but it’ll be very soggy right now…

    I imagine Gisburn got a dusting, wouldn’t expect sheet ice though.

    There was a flurry yesterday whilst I rode but I doubt it would have stuck.
    PSA..offas dyke/boardwalks have been ‘repaired’ and were unrideable/ankle deep in mud for large sections.

    Up here on the Pass next to Degla there is NO snow at the moment and non forecast. Cloudy sky and light rain outside, 2.3′ Sunny all dat tomorrow! 😀

    thanks all for the replies. In the end I spent 2 hours trying to get across the penines. snake pass shut and a massive traffic jam on the a road to chapel. gave up and went home. might give it another go tomorrow
