Just wondering how tall you are and how you find the bike?
I’ve just started to build mine up and I’ve just measured the VTT which works out at about ~23.3″ I was expecting it to be 24.1″ as per the manufactures geometry. Now I’m worried it’s gonna be too compact 🙁 I’m 6ft 2.

Have a friend who’s 6’3″ and he’s dead happy with his large (well, he was….).

I sat on it (I’m 6’1″) and found it quite short compared to my Spicy, even though his stem is longer.

Sound odd, wonder if you have an 18.5 one?

When you say VTT, do you mean effective top tube or actual i.e along the horizontal? A 19.5 should have an eff. TT of at least 24″ as you say

6’1″-6’2″ here, but have only used a trek liquid 19.5″

I have just sat on it, and it does feel short. Not uncomfortable short, just short compared to what I’m used to. Could have something to do with the taller front end so you are by definition more upright I suppose. It has an 80mm stem on at the moment with the saddle all the way back on the rails.
