I've checked the usual places but can't find this - is there a hinge that'll take an inset cabinet door (ie. face of closed door flush with face of frame) and allow it to open so the door ends up at 90 degrees but with the inside face of the door sitting about 10mm across the face of the frame? ie. so if it were hinged on the right and you looked at it from the end of the open door you'd be able to see 10mm of frame to the left of the door when it's open.
It'd obviously need some sort of crank/cam arrangement but I can't find anything that looks right.
