    Get an OS map of the area and you will find on it loads of Bridalways and cheeky paths. It will be nice and dry and your not likely to find many other people once you get out of the villages tourist hotspots.

    Head up towards Bourton woods, then Blockley, then to the top of Broadway tower, then west along the ridge towards Snowshill. You are spoiled for choice there.

    Just look at the map and contours.

    There is so much riding there I moved to Scotland to get away from it, just couldn’t cope.
