Not been on this forum for a few years some advice needed!

Went to pick up my new bike yesterday lapierre zesty 714 2013 and there had been mix up it was a large not a medium as ordered. The shop were luckily very helpful and offered me a very good deal on a 2014 norco sight 7.1

I don’t change bikes very often still got my olds s works endure 2003 custom build, anyhow I will be keeping the bike for a few years and have only just got my head round 2x 10 drivetrain when bike I’m offered its 1 x 11 and totally different wheel size has anyone any experience or ideas for bike around 3k good for single track XC and the odd trail centre

Test ride would be the obvious answer, even if it’s only round the car park it’ll give you an idea of what it feels like.

Yeah true waiting for them to build it up to test ride like you say can only get car park though

Thats way too vague a question. You will just have to ride it and see.

Or find some places doing proper demo rides, or borrow some mates bikes.
