Have a look at some Novatec hubs from eBay (I’ll find the seller in the far east that I’ve used in the past if you’re interested) and some Halo Aerotrack rims (no braking surface, nice aero section) and get your local wheelbuilder to put them together for you. Mine are light, tough as nails, have done thousands of miles and look nice too. Very good value to boot.
