I heard Alan Duncan on Radio 4 Any Questions saying that the Government should raise the motorway speed limit to 80mph - his reason..
"Everybody does it anyway."
So - if we all ride the footpaths, the Government will change the law. Or at least, condone the practise.
Right, yeah?
