hello looking to get a spring for a 8.5 x 2.5 fox van r, the rider is approx 190/200lbs so what weight spring would he need for xc/all day riding, we have been on tft tuned and it makes no sense, another site recommends 450 lb for 190lb rider 500 for 200. So is it better to go for the higher rate?
also can a manitou spring be fitted to a fox unit?

Yes manitou fit (uses to be the cheap option).

Similar weight and shock size/stroke to me and I use a 450lb.
