Can anyone recommend somewhere to anodise a few small parts? I’ve got 2 small shock linkages at a minimum, and possibly a couple of other bits.

They are likely to be black if that makes a difference.

    Thanks

Redditch anodising should be able to help you out. Ask for Keith 🙂

Find you local anodisers and they probably put them though with some other stuff for cash.

The finish of the raw metal part will affect the final anodised finish. The anodising will show up minor imperfections.

Ask them to hold on the inside of bolt and/or bearing holes to avoid visible shadows.

If you’ve got toleranced holes for bearings to press into, they will be small after anodising and this may affect the fit of the bearings.

I’d probably go for Hard Anodised @ 35-40 microns thick.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll follow up and also heed the advice on the tolerance for bearings (as there are bearings fitted into the linkages).
