They had a jaunty jazz piano number as their hold music however they had exactly six and 3/4 bars followed by a click and static for a few seconds then someone saying hello, giving the impression that your call had been answered and making you grab your phone and turn speaker off only to discover that the jazz had started up again. it never changed and I was once on hold to them for over an hour once. I can remember every note.

The bastards deserved to go bust just for that.
