I updated my phone (Samsung S2) to Ice Cream Sandwich, but now my data connection constantly fails when browsing the internet via 3g/2g etc.. It is fine on wifi. Also the bluetooth sim access profile has been removed meaning not all the functions work when connected to my car. As a result I would like to go back to the original gingerbread that was on the handset when I got it. I have tried formatting, and factory restore but this still leaves me with ICS, and incorrectly functioning handset. Is there any way to go back to gingerbread? Do I need to “root” the phone and install a custom ROM? Is it only me having problems after this update, or is my handset faulty?
    Ideas and help appreciated.
