Airbag Light Flash Codes in Ford Mondeo

I've got a 51 plate Mondeo and the airbag light has started to come on.

I get 4 then 9 flashes, this repeats a few times and the light stays on.

From what I can see on the web this indicates a seatbelt tensioner circuit fault. I've got an electric operated drivers seat. 2.0 TDDI Ghia X

How do I tell if this is right, which seat has the problem and how to correct it cheaply?

I'd be looking under both seats to see if I can spot the wiring and see if a connector has come undone.

I'll wait till the weather gets a bit nicer before I start grovelling around on the floor I think.

Well, I braved the cold and wet and had a look. The result was mixed - I didn't discover a loose connection, but I did find 20p and a tangfastic. But that will have to wait till tomorrow - my iDave day off.
