BTW, beware! All Jack Russells think they are 8 feet tall – my ex had a Jack, he would square up to any dog. One day I was out with [the dog] and two massive GSDs came towards us, [dog] was like “Yeah, if you’re so hard, why do you go round in twos? COME ON!!!!” Mental. All of them.

what do you mean ‘can be’, jack russels ARE a handful and then some.

if you hav’nt had dogs before i really recomend you go find a local puppy training class. a good one is more about training the person not the dog.

When I was a kid we had two Jack Russells. Butch and Brutus. Both were mad as wasps but I would love another one.

What happened to Ned MK 1 (the Lakeland terrier)?

It fell through for one reason or another. Always wanted a JRT but it the wife wasn’t keen due to most of them being a little nuts. She’s definitely been won over thus far though…
