Has anybody ridden either of these today? what are conditions like? Thanks.

Not ridden Afan but my younger brother works at Afan Lodge, spoke to him earlier and he said that it had rained tor the last couple of days so the trails are rideable but very wet and muddy, presuming that Cwn Caen will be similar as it is only half hour ish down the road
