I’ve got a little used large Heckler bought new from Stif in 99 which has to go. Currently has original XT and Pace forks circa 2005 (can confirm model) one Hope 4 Pot disc, the other died and was recently replaced with a new unused Shimano disc. I have the original fork, a barely used Pace triple clamp and the original wheels & Avid cantis. Question is am I best trying to sell it as is, break it and sell all the bits or rebuild to original spec & try to sell it that way? Thoughts appreciated, cheers.

Sell it as parts and frame individually , I’d say, on retrobikes website maybe.

Don’t rebuild as that will cost a lot. I’d sell in bits if I were you. Don’t expect a fortune though.
