Read about a headset somewhere which allows you to adjust the head angle by rotating the cups but can't find any info on it anywhere, anyone remember it or any details?

That's the one, thanks, couldn't remember any details and google was failing me.

The K9 ones aren't adjustable really though, as in not through a range just a set 2 degree available for certain dh bikes only last time i checked.

Well was just looking to slacken off the head angle and lower the bb, looks like my headtube is too short though, oh well.
