Wanting to stay somewhere near Glentress for a couple of nights in mid June? Any recommendations? The wigwams at glentress seem well pricey when you have a few people staying in them (extra charges per person makes it £140 per night for a little hut! Not sure how they can justify that..)

Sleeps 5. High Season price is £48 (incl 2 adults). Extra adults at £12 each. That makes a max of £84 per night (still a bit steep but cheaper than a hotel).

Edit: Unless you also have 14 dogs with you?

Kailzie Bunkhouse about 2 miles away. £20 per night with good facilities including good bike storage and lots of chickens.
