Just thought i'd say hi to everyone up on the Mynd yesterday.
After a fairly hard DIY weekend, we (Geoff, Dunc and me-paul) went for a spin around the Mynd. Its very local to us, so we had no big plans, 3 ups and 3 downs. Excellant.
But we met so many people out on bikes, stopped and chatted, with a guy from Santa Cruz on a Sutton Coldfield (:-) had a big laugh with some guys at the farm on Minton Batch after we met the most miserable walkers. That said three groups of walkers had stepped aside on MB and waved us on, so happy walkers rule.
The sun was shining, the Horseshoes was serving "Desert Rat", and we had a ce day. Hope you did too.

Its a gem for biking isn't it with loads of hidden stuff if you have the time to find it 8) Did you also do the Hope Bowdler loop?

We allways seem to get grief from at least a couple of walkers when we go.

No we just did about 20miles around the Mynd.
The strange thing is with the walkers we were stationary when they came past. I think we made their day by giving them some thing to moan about.
but everyone else seemed to be in high spirits, and enjoying the day.
