i need to replace a set of wheels that i recently trashed on my singlespeed – can anyone recommend a set?

prefer bolt through on the rear and cartridge bearings. need to be fairly tough as i intend to do a bit of dirt jumping but generally will be used for trail riding.

    oh and preferably not mega-bucks.

    thinking Halo…

Surly hubs on a good quality rim. I have a set that I have been running for about 3 years and I have given them very little in the way of love in that time. They are still superb to this day. I run a set of Salsa Semi rims, which I think are no longer available, but are amazing especially seeing I am on the larger side and tend to wreck things with my weight and clumbsy riding style.

i can't tell if you are genuinely asking a question or trying to be facetious.

i'm guessing the second, in which case: wtf? who suggested that?
