It works yes? Spacers included with a new cassette?

I’m going cheap adding a new cassette to a Powertap G3 for the winter road / turbo bike will this be ok?

I think it should work. The spacer usually comes with the wheel rather than the cassette though.
Maybe you can get the spacer on it’s own?

Yep it’ll work if you use a spacer think they are 1.8mm or something

    I’m such an idiot.

It’s just occurred to me that my current wheel probably has the relevant spacer on it (OEM 2012 Giant PR2 on a Defy).

You can do this, with spacers, yes. IME, spacers come with the wheel/free hub. Not the cassette.

I’m wrong. Its a shimano 9/10 hub with a 9sp cassette on it, so will be a 1mm spacer, whereas on the new 11sp hub I need 1.85mm.
