First real outing on them yesterday at Cannock and didn’t find them quite as grippy when laid over as my previous Chunky Monkey (f) Smorgasbord (r) combo in 26″. I was quite surprised as I know they are highly rated..
    I was running approx 28psi front & 25psi rear..think these will be going…

I Was looking at getting the HR II exo Trail version for the front but at £40 – £50 would hate to get one to find out its no better than the Butcher..

What pneus are you peeps using?

Not surprising CMs are a big grippy tyre that is physically larger than the butcher.

Not tried the Butcher, but I tried a Purg/Ground Control combo and took them off after one ride. Didn’t like them at all. Didn’t work for me in the dry or in softer, muddier conditions.

Back the the HD/NN combo for me!
