    anyone done this?
    just want a bit of a check on clearance. guessing it’ll be close at the sides by the dust seals. could be an angle grinder job…
    can i get a pic if you have done it?

    With a 650 wheel?

    I have 29er Recon Silver’s running a 650b wheel: relatively narrow 27mm rim with 2.8 WTB Ranger Comps. The clearance is OK, got a few mm each side and no rubbing. Couldn’t say with any certainty that a 2.8 Nic would fit, take a punt and see – could always return them and get 2.6 if not. Got a pic on my insta: jimbo_bike
