Help! I just cut the steerer too short on my brand new Corsa’s 🙁
Does anyone know if I can still get a replacement pressed in?
Had a set of 2001’s changed from 1″ to 1 1/8″ a few years ago and they were NOT bolt-in jobs so hopeful …… is it still Windwave or have things changed since they moved production to the other side of the world?

    Windwave and beg time!

Possibly get someone else to cut the new one when you get it?

Still long enough to get a stem on once I cut 10mm off the FSA headset top cap (curved-cone that sits right on top of the intergrated headset)
But far too low now for me. had a think though and am going to try some mid-risers (35mm rise instead of 20mm)and a 10mm longer stem which will give slightly more and was needed anyhow as the saddle’s way back on the rails.

That should gain me most of what I lost but will give windwave a call of not … Thanx chaps!
