    The msg on screen says go to/retune to HD108 however 108 doesn’t exist and no matter what I do; first install etc etc it’s still not there.

    I assume HD is non-freeview? 🙁

    Working fine here on a BT youview box on 108. Are you sure the aerials pointing in the right direction now?

    It’s been 108 on our standard freeview telly for as long as I can remember. HD (1080i) according to the channel info. Same as HD BBC News on 107.

    I assume HD is non-freeview?

    Are you using an HD Freeview box? Or something ancient?
    e.g. can you see other HD channels ?

    Is it a freeview box or a TV with it built in?
    All good over the hills in HX4 after the re-tune
