Needs to be proper single pivot (rather than linkage driven) with a non tapered headtube.

I cant think of any other than the now discontinued Morewood Mbuzi. Any others?

Have you thought about a frame with a 44mm head set you can run 1.5″ I think…. check out Nuke Proof headsets.

+1 for 44 headset’s will fit 1.5 steerers, though offhand I think this will be mainly Giant or the Nukeproof Mega, though all linkage driven single pivots.
To add to the Cannondale list, add the older longer travel Gemini

    in addition to the above

    cannondale gemini
    santa cruz bullet
some old scott that wasn’t very well recieved
    a couple of noorwoods
the marin from a few years ago (frs?)

if you decide a linkage is ok, a couple of transitions and the odd banshee

MDE bikes do a 160mm travel one – an Italian brand that Rivierabike hire out. Sounded like the Italian equivalent of Orange, local made, solid built etc.

My mate hired one when we were out there and was very impressed.

    Scott G-Zero?

And I thought it was pretty well received – 100mm was a lot of travel back in the day and they did a carbon version too….

But it never had a 1.5″ head tube…

Scott Ransom isn’t true single pivot like the op asked
    – has pivots on the seat stays plus linkages driving the shock?
