    Any 9 speed will be fine.

    Yep as above. Internal width of 10 speed chain is the same, so any 9 speed ring will work fine.

    I was going to ask a similar question, have got Middleburn Duo and Uno 9sp chainset, would like to run XTR 10 speed. Can I just go ahead and fit 10sp shifters, mechs and chain?
